Bruchelle's Bagel Bistro is a beautiful, classy little restaurant with a wide variety of interesting bagel flavors.

The food is amazing and delicious. There are tons of options; even different flavors of cream cheese and other spreads! The bagels themselves are delicious as well!
The environment:

Stopped in for the first time on my way to church this morning. Cute little place with prompt, friendly service.
The lady behind the counter was quick to take my order, and when I said it was, "To go," she asked which car I'd be waiting in. Subtle, but I think that's because it isn't huge inside, and they'd rather keep the space open for inside diners. Fair enough.
I ordered a plain bagel with smoked salmon spread. The bagel was toasted and had a nice chew to it. But the salmon spread had onions in it and they tasted old, with that distinct metallic "old onion" taste that was most unpleasant. If I'd been eating there, I'd probably have said something but I was down the road and it wasn't worth turning around to complain.
Anyway, they offer several different types of bagels with a variety of spreads, so I'm eager to give them another try -- just not with the smoked salmon spread.
Hours are a bit unusual: they're closed Mondays (though that's pretty common in the restaurant industry), but open at 10 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, so no hope of getting bagels to bring in to work. Saturdays and Sundays they open at 8, and they have a bit of a bar so if you were inclined to sip a Mimosa with your bagel, they could probably make that happen.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nancy C.Kent, WA1230162Dec 2, 2023
Came during a weekday, a place I've always wanted to try! Unfortunately they were out of lox which my friend and I REALLLLY wanted to try.
Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the bagels we got! but one was like a house special/either roast beef or prime rib (yes I know those two are vastly different). But that was hittin!
We opt for another bagel that was ok. Will be back to try the lox..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I’m so sorry you weren’t able to try the Lox! Definitely a popular one. Unfortunately, we’ve been having issues with our supplier and being able to get the salmon. I refuse to go with a cheaper and/or “offbrand”. It rarely happens that we run out of the locks so again, I’m very sorry that happened on your visit! We look forward to seeing you next time, FOR LOX!!

Located on the corner of a short strip mall near a busy roundabout section in Covington, you can easily miss it if you don't slow down. Bruchelle's large windows brings in a lot of great lighting and their outdoor patio is a must on a sunny day. I loved the cute touch of fresh flowers on the tables. I stopped by for a quick wheat bagel with honey almond cream cheese! It was so delicious! I devoured it before I could reach my destination - a warm bagel bite with sweet flavor and the right almond crunch in every bite.

Foods pretty good here! I come here when I'm in a rush from time to time on brunch. Honestly I should come here more!

Absolutely best bagel shop around! Coming from New York I struggled to find my "go-to" bagel joint- well Bruchelle's is the place! Great service and delicious bagels.

We were a little underwhelmed by our breakfast here. The bagel sandwiches themselves were tasty, but it took a surprisingly long time for our food to get to our table, especially considering we were the only customers in the restaurant. And the fruit we chose as sides were not very fresh, and my husband's fruit was bordering on inedible. I did like my honey comb latte. The staff was friendly and kind, but I will likely not be returning.

I think I found a new local go-to breakfast spot! People think of a bagel shop as simple grab and go, but Bruchelle's really makes their bagel dishes worth a meal and a sit down with good company. We tried the classic breakfast sandwich and the ham and brie sandwich - straightforward but yummy and fresh. Each had a little extra flavor profile that took it just a little further to that next level. Still, I appreciated that they didn't feel heavy - which is a fine balance when it comes to breakfast food.
I'm quite picky when it comes to bagels and I would consider this one of the better ones in the greater Seattle area - chewy but not dense, with just the slightest crisp to the outside crust. Decided to order a few bagels to take home, even. Apparently they're also open for happy hour and concerts in the summer evenings, which sounds fun!
Bonus points for the super friendly staff, and quick service even on a busy weekend.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information
