I have never put a review on a company before. Just be aware that this company will send you a bunch of emails and text messages asking for payment or your credit card before the service is even done. They won't even come out to you place without getting payment. This was NEVER verbalized to me when making the appointment either. I waited over a week to have them come out when I could've gone with someone else. I also cancelled plans because they texted me a few days before asking if they could move it to an earlier time. Then the morning they were supposed to come out I got another text and another email asking for payment before they came out. I called and told them that their emails and text messages were down right harassing. I have never been asked to pay for a service before it's ever been done. I have absolutely no problem paying for the service either. If she didn't want me to give her the money when she was here I wouldn't have had an issue calling while she's there doing the work to give payment but that isn't an option. I've never done business with this company before. I wanted to give them a try as it's a woman owned local company but I'm not giving money y to anyone until they are physically here doing the work. I've had a lot of different services done on my house and never once been asked to pay in full or put my credit card on file with them before they ever come. How do I know that they won't take my money and run with it.
