Enumclaw Stationers & Copy Center is a local, family owned business that has been one of Cole Street’s most enduring small businesses for over 40 years. Don and Angie Bolton purchased Enumclaw Stationers, Inc. in 1975, and the second-generation owners are their son Dan and his wife Blossom. Initially Dan was the typewriter repairman, which was one of the major services the business offered in the nineteen-eighties. After typewriters went the way of the dinosaur, he added the Copy Center in 1991, which expanded the types of services the business offers to include copying, faxing, laminating, binding, UPS shipping and more.
With the advent of the “big box” stores, independent office supply stores have nearly disappeared. Dan remembers the days when there were dozens in Western Washington. Now Enumclaw Stationers remains as one of only a handful that are left. We feel fortunate and blessed that we have been able to keep our doors open to continue to serve the community of Enumclaw.
